“Secret lives of coding and non-coding RNA”

Our lab is broadly interested in understanding the function of microRNAs, non-coding RNAs, mRNAs and transcriptional programs in different cell types. We are currently focused on evaluating how proteins that detect foreign RNA in cells attract immune responses in cancer and cardiovascular disease.
